摘要
针对新疆昆玉钢铁有限公司棒材车间采用五线切分轧制工艺生产HRB400E12mm抗震钢筋时出现5线棒材性能差别较大的问题,分析了孔型设计、控轧控冷冷却装置、反吹气(水)、尺寸线差等影响因素,提出了相应的解决措施,使5线棒材的强度差稳定控制在15 MPa以内。
Aiming at the abnormal performance differences of HRtM00E 412 mm ribbed bars in Xinjiang Kunyu Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. , produced by the five-strand splitting rolling technology, the influences factors,such as pass design, cooling devices, back flushing (water)air and bar dimension differences were analyzed. The corresponding solutions were put into practice, and the bar strength difference of five-strand was controlled within 15 MPa.
