长期护理床位空间分布需求和供需匹配程度测算方法研究

Develop A Method Measuring the Degree of Spatial Supply-Demand of Long-Term Care Beds

目的研制测算长期护理床位空间分布需求和供需匹配程度的测算方法。方法收集、整理行政区划、老年人口、医疗机构等基础数据,从长期护理床位服务人群出发,按照提出方法、数据模拟、反复论证、完善方法的思路进行研究。结果形成测算长期护理床位需求、长期护理床位空间分布需求以及长期护理床位的供需匹配的方法。结论方法学具有可操作性,其结果可用以判断区域内长期护理床位的配置情况。

Objective To develop a new method measuring the degree of spatial supply-demand of long-term care beds. Methods Collecting and organizing basic data, including the administrative district,elderly population,the address of hospitals,and so on. We push on our study,presenting a method,simulating,demonstrating,optimizing,step by step. Results Start from the elderly who needs the long-term care,then figure the amount and the distribution of needed long-term care beds. Finally,combining the supply of long-term care beds to measure the supply-demand matching degree. Conclusion This method we mentioned above, is operational, in addition, the research finding under this method is in accordance with the actual condition.
