摘要
以ICD10国标版为基础,根据山西省的实际需要进行扩展,既统一了山西省各级医院ICD10代码标准,又满足了山西省的实际需要,为全省开展疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRGs)应用与研究,进行医疗机构服务绩效评价等打下良好基础。
According to the actual needs of Shanxi Province to extemd based on the ICD 10 GB vorsion. It both unifies all hospitals in Shanxi ICD 10 coding standards and meet the actual needs of Shanxi Province. Finally, it lay a good foundation for performance Evaluation of Medical Institutions.
