e急救医疗服务是远程医疗服务的重要组成部分,并已成为美国中西部偏北地区医疗机构的一种新型急救医疗服务模式。介绍了美国e急救医疗服务模式的创新、运行和发展,总结其创新成效与经验,并分析美国e急救医疗服务创新对我国农村偏远地区远程急救医疗体系e急救建设的启示。
E-emergency service plays an important role in the development of telemedicine,and it has become a new emergency service pattern in the upper Midwest medical of America. The paper introduces the innovation,operation and development of E-emergency service in America,summarizes its innovative effects and then analyzes its important enlightenment to the establishment of E-emergency system in rural and frontier areas in China.
