摘要
双向转诊作为缓解"看病难、看病贵"的措施之一,整合社区卫生服务中心基本医疗服务和上级医院的综合医疗服务,从而有效、合理地利用卫生资源,促进病人合理分流。总结近年来社区卫生服务中心在双向转诊实践过程中的主要做法,分析双向转诊存在的问题和实施过程中遇到的障碍,提出完善社区卫生服务双向转诊制度的思考与建议,并对如何进一步完善人才学科建设及明确新的目标和努力方向进行探讨。
Two-way referral which combines the basic medical services of community health service center with comprehensive medical services of superior hospital effectively works as one ways to relief the difficult and expensive cost of treatment. Through the＂two-way referral＂,health resources can be used effectively and rationally, and patients can be separated reasonable. This article summarizes the main approach of the center about two-way referral practice in recent years, analyzes the problems and obstacles encountered in the process of two-way referral, and proposes considerations on two-way referral to improve community health service system. Meanwhile,the paper discusses how to improve the talent disciplines and explicit new goals and direction.
