Research on the Business Opportunities of Railway Logistic Center's Cold-chain in Changchun Based on Supply and Demand Balance

物流功能需求分析是铁路物流中心设计工作中的重点和难点。基于物流供需平衡原理,在调研长春市冷链市场的物流需求和物流供给能力的基础上,确定长春铁路物流中心开展冷链物流服务功能的商机大小,同时,对长春铁路物流中心开展冷链物流服务进行SWOT分析,验证其可行性和合理性。此种研究模式亦可用于铁路物流中心的其他功能需求分析上,为铁路物流中心的功能确定问题提供科学的研究手段。

Analyzing the logistic function requirement is the difficulty in Design of railway logistics center. This paper analyzes the logistic requirement and supply ability of cold-chain market in Changchun city based on the balance between supply and demand to estimate the business opportunities of Railway Logistic Center in Changchun, Meanwhile, the author validates the rationality of launching cold-chain logistic service by SWOT method. This research model could also be used to analyze other function requirement of logistic center.
