Report on the Official Document Management of Ji'nan Railway Bureau

公文发文质量和办理效率直接关系工作落实质量。结合济南铁路局公文管理专题调研,分析铁路局公文办理存在的主要问题及原因,提出建立制度办法、强化公文培训、建立协商机制、深化监督指导、努力开拓创新等措施建议,以加强和完善公文管理工作。

Document quality and management efficiency are related to the work directly. With survey at Ji＇nan Railway Bureau, this paper analyzes the main problems and reasons of official document management. Afterwards, some suggestions such as establishing a system approach, strengthening document training, building consultation mechanisms, deepening supervision and guidance, making innovations are proposed in order to improve the official document management.
