摘要
为适应铁路货运物流化发展需求,以铁路货运改革的目标为背景,结合国外发达国家铁路改革过程及货运的经营现状,借鉴其在货运改革及物流化运作过程中的成功经验,研究铁路货运组织优化及创新实践方式、方法。通过统计基层站段实际数据,定性和定量分析铁路货运物流运作模式的路径及铁路货运自营物流和联盟物流优势和局限性,提出铁路在货运改革不同阶段采用何种物流运作模式,最后采用模糊层次分析法确定了联盟物流和自营物流不同运作模式之间的合理过渡点的选择方法。
In order to meet the needs of railway freight logistics development, this article takes railway freight reform as the background,combines with the experience of developed countries, studies the optimization and innovation of railway freight organization. Based on the statistics of normal stations, qualitative and quantitative analysis of railway freight logistics mode are demonstrated, and the advantages and disadvantages of union and individual are illustrated. Afterwards, which kind of logistics operation mode is appropriate for railway in different background is discussed, and the determination method of reasonable transition points between different modes is proposed by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
