通过研读和分析既有城市轨道交通技术标准和规范中关于扣车功能相关规定,探讨扣车作业性质,分析相关技术标准和规范中存在的问题,并提出改善措施。
Through studying and analyzing relevant provisions of the function of holding train at station in existing technical standards and specifications of urban rail transit,the nature of the function of holding train at station is explored.The problems of relevant technical standards and specifications are analyzed and improvement measures are put forward.
