暴发性Ⅰ型糖尿病1例

One case of fulminant type Ⅰ diabetes

暴发性Ⅰ型糖尿病（FT1D）是Ⅰ型糖尿病的一种特殊类型,其临床表现为胰岛B细胞功能完全丧失、病情进展迅速,预后极差。现将我院收治的1例FT1D病例报告如下。1病例资料患者,男,52岁。因＂低热3d,口干、多饮2d,恶心、呕吐1d＂入院。患者入院前第3天无明显诱因出现发热,乏力及头痛,流涕等,体温37.5℃,在当地卫生院予输液治疗1d后体温降至正常，未再做其他处理。

Fulminant type 1 diabetes（FT1D）,putted forward by Imagawa in 2000,is a new subtype of diabetes.Its characteristics include acute onset,complete loss of the function of isletβ-cells,rapid pancreatic enzyme elevation and a lack of autoantibodies to pancreatic islet.Compared with typical type 1diabetes,FT1 Doccurs in older patients,and is characterized by shorter disease duration,more serious ketoacidosis and poorer prognosis.Here,we reported one case of FT1 D,and reviewed its clinical features,diagnosis and treatment in order to improve doctors＇ understanding of FT1D.
