摘要
自由活塞发电机是一种新型发电装置,可将活塞运动的机械能转变为电能,非常适用于增程式电动汽车上。介绍了自由活塞发电机的结构及工作原理,分析了系统的数学模型,并基于理想奥托循环获得了系统稳态运行时电磁力负载的计算模型,分析得到了影响电磁力负载大小的因素为喷油量、气缸压缩比、活塞行程与摩擦力的影响。通过建立的MATLAB/Simulink模型仿真验证了理论分析的结果,并试验验证了仿真模型的精确性。
Free piston generator is an innovative power package with ability of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy and is applied to extended-range electrical vehicles. This paper introduces the structure of free pis- ton generator system and principle of operation and analyzes system mathematical model. According to ideal Otto cy- cle, electromagnetic calculating model is obtained. Fuel injection quantity, compression ratio, stroke length and fric- tion force are the key parameters. Analytical result is verified by the simulation model in MATLAB/Simulink and sim- ulation result is verified by experiments.
