摘要
目的探讨高职护理专业学生压力、社会支持、应对方式和生活满意度的关系。方法采用随机抽样的方法,使用领悟社会支持量表、大学生压力量表、特质应对方式问卷和多维学生生活满意度量表等工具,对阜阳市2所高职院校1 275名护理专业学生进行问卷调查并依此构建结构方程模型。结果结构方程模型拟合优度指数理想:CMIN/DF为1.268,GFI、AGFI、RFI、NFI均大于0.9,RMSEA为0.013。压力和消极的应对方式对生活满意度具有负效应(总体效应分别为-0.374,-0.141),良好的社会支持和积极的应对方式对生活满意度具有正效应(总体效应分别为0.295,0.267)。结论压力、社会支持和应对方式是生活满意度的重要预测变量,压力和消极的应对方式是生活满意度的危险因素,良好的社会支持和积极的应对方式有助于提升学生的生活满意度。
Objective To explore the association between stress,social support,coping style and life satisfaction among higher vocational nursing students. Methods 1275 nursing students from 2 higher vocational colleges in Fuyang were randomly obtained by means of Perceived Social Support Scale( PSSS),College Students ' Stress Scale,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire( TCSQ) and Multidimensional Student ' Life Satisfaction scale( MSLSS). And structural equation model( SEM) was built based on the data. Results SEM revealed CMIN/DF = 1. 268,RMSEA = 0. 013,and indexes of GFI,AGFI,RFI,NFI were all above 0. 9. Stress and passive coping style had passive effect on life satisfaction( the overall regression weights were- 0. 374 and- 0. 141 respectively). Good social support and positive coping style had positive effect on life satisfaction( the overall regression weights were 0. 295 and 0. 267 respectively). Conclusion Stress,social support and coping style are important forecast variables of life satisfaction. Stress and passive coping style are risk factors for life satisfaction,while good social support and positive coping style helps to enhance the life satisfaction of college student.
