摘要随着艾滋病检测方法和诊断试剂的发展,电化学发光法正被越来越多的医疗机构用于艾滋病的筛查检测。Roche Elecsys HIV combi PT将发光系统与免疫反应相结合,是一种新的全自动第四代检测试剂。该方法的特点是操作简便、提高了检测的灵敏度,可以将21d左右的检测窗口期再缩短4~5d[1]、检测限及线性范围更宽,
