浅析麻醉医师在抗震救灾中的救援策略:云南鲁甸地震经验

摘要 目的本研究通过分析总结云南鲁甸地震成都军区昆明总医院麻醉科在野战医院救援经验旨在形成救援策略供麻醉医师参考。方法采用实时定性评估及系统评价总结本院,特别是麻醉科在鲁甸抗震救灾情况。记录及分析与救灾计划、决策、设备采购相关的野战医院会议、电话会议、文件资料,具体的救灾行动及时间。并访问参与救援行动的麻醉医师。结果本院在地震发生后前往鲁甸,地震后18h开始对伤者实施手术治疗。2d后本院在鲁甸成立了野战医院。本院麻醉科经过充分的仪器设备和药物准备,成为主要成员参与了救援行动。野战医院总共收治71名伤员,其中20名患者在全麻、区域阻滞或者局麻下接受了手术治疗。结论此次救援中麻醉科组织的救援策略是安全有效的,使得广大受灾群众得到了最佳的医疗救护。 Objective To summary the rescue experience of Department of Anesthesiology in a field hospital after Ludian earthquake in order to develop medical strategies for anesthesiologists. Methods A real-time qualitative assessment and systematic review was adopted to evaluate the rescue measures taken by the field hospital, especially Department of Anesthesiology. Records of hospital meetings and telephone conference as well as documents and files related to rescue plan, decision, purchase of equipmefft and materials, and detailed actions and time were reviewed. Meanwhile, anesthesiologists participating in these rescue actions were interviewed. Results Our hospital went to Ludian after earthquake, and started to perform operations 18 h after earthquake. A field hospital was established two days later. The department of anesthesiology equipped with sufficient medicine and medical devices were participated in the rescue actions. A total of 71 patients were treated in the field hospital, including 20 patients who received surgery under general, regional or local anesthesia. Conclusion The rescue strategies taken by department of anesthesiology were safe and effective, which facilitates the medical care for the general public after Ludian earthquake.
