糖化血红蛋白和N末端脑钠肽原与急性冠脉综合征心功能的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白和N末端脑钠肽原与急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征心功能的相关性。方法 68例急性冠脉综合征患者,根据有无合并糖尿病分为A组(34例,合并糖尿病)、B组(34例,无糖尿病),并以同期到本院体检的34例健康者作为C组。对比分析三组血清中糖化血红蛋白、N末端脑钠肽原的水平。结果 A组血清中糖化血红蛋白水平明显高于B、C组(P<0.05),但B、C组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组血清中N末端脑钠肽原水平明显高于C组(P<0.05),且A组高于B组(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白和N末端脑钠肽原表达水平随着急性冠脉综合征心功能病情加重而提升,呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征患者血清中糖化血红蛋白和N末端脑钠肽原水平明显提升,联合检测能对心功能进行评估。 Objective To investigate correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac function in acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 68 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided by complicated diabetes mellitus into group A(34 cases, complicated with diabetes mellitus) and group B(34 cases, without diabetes mellitus). Another 34 healthy people at the same period were taken as group C. Comparison and analysis were made on serum glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide levels in the three groups. Results Group A had much higher serum glycosylated hemoglobin level than groups B and C(P〈0.05), while the difference between groups B and C had no statistical significance(P〉0.05). Groups A and B all had much higher serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide levels than group C(P〈0.05), and that in group A was also higher than group B(P〈0.05). Expression levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide increased along with enhanced cardiac function in acute coronary syndrome, and they were positively correlated(P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum glycosylated hemoglobin and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide levels remarkably increase in acute coronary syndrome patients, and the combined detection can evaluate their cardiac function.
