Environmental Regulations System about Lithium-ion Battery

介绍了锂离子电池中的主要污染来源,为阻燃剂中的溴化物。分析了欧盟、美国、日本、韩国的电池相关的环保法律法规及政策。针对我国目前在电池环保法规体系及政策上存在的问题提出建议:加大基础科研投入以提高原材料品质;建立废旧电池污染防治方法;建立合理的回收体系;完善法律并加强监管处罚力度。

The major pollution elements——bromide in fire retardant of the lithium-ion battery is introduced, then the environmental regulations of Europe, the USA, Japan and Korea about the lithium-ion battery are analyzed. Finally, the domestic environmental policies and potential problems of the lithium-ion battery are introduced, and then four relevant suggestions are proposed ——investment in basic research should be increased to improve the quality of raw materials; methods on waste battery pollution control should be established; a reasonable recovery system of battery should be established; law should be improved to strength punishment.
