早产儿视网膜病变与母体因素的相关性

Maternal and neonatal factorsassociated with retinopathy of prematurity

目的探讨早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)与母体因素的相关性。方法将2010年1月至2011年12月在NICU治疗的493例早产儿纳入研究,其中无ROP452例,有ROP41例。记录早产儿母亲宫内感染、胎盘异常、妊娠期相关疾病等16项指标,分析ROP与母体因素的相关性。结果早产儿ROP发生率为8.3%。ROP与早产儿出生体重呈正相关(r=0.135,P<0.05);母亲宫内感染、胎盘异常的早产儿ROP发生率较高(均P<0.05)。结论 ROP与早产儿出生体重、母亲胎盘异常和宫内感染相关,应尽早对以上因素进行干预。

Objective To analyze the maternal and neonatal factors associated with retinopathy of prematurity （ROP）. Methods In this prospective cohort study, all preterm infants were screened for ROP at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit （NICU） of the second Affiliated Hospital ＆ Yuying Children＇s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University between January 2010 and December 2011. The rate of R^P, and the maternal and neonatal factorsassociated with the diseasewere analyzed. Results A total of 493 newborns were screened for ROP, of which 41 cases （8.3%） were identified. Low birth weight （r=0.135, P〈0.05）, placental abnormality （P〈0.05） and intrauterine infection （P〈0.05） were associated with the ROP. Conclusion Aimed at the risk factors, intervention should be conducted to prevent retinopathy of prematurity.
