从阴火论治老年原发性高血压

Treatment of Senile Primary Hypertension from Yin Fire Theory

老年原发性高血压属于中医学眩晕、头痛范畴,提出老年原发性高血压的基本病机是脾胃气衰,而阴火则是由于脾胃气衰而产生的一种虚热证候。老年人若饮食失节、劳倦过力、情志不节、寒热失调,或伤于脾,或害于胃,致脾胃虚弱;或其人禀赋不足,脾胃本弱,脾阳升发之力不足,无力助胆气正常运行,少阳初生之气滞于脑府,郁而化火(阴火),则出现眩晕等症。认为老年原发性高血压可以从阴火论治,可根据阴火的成因和性质特点,效法李东垣清阴火之甘补法、辛散法、苦泄法辨证施治。

Senile primary hypertension disease belongs to the category of dizziness and headache in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. The paper puts forward that the basic mechanism of senile primary hyperten- Sion is Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach,and Yin fire is a heat syndrome resulted from the Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. The elder suffer from improper diet,over-tiredness,emotional disturbance,imbalance between cold and hot,damage to spleen or stomach ,which leads to insufficiency of spleen and stomach ,or suffer from insufficient prenatal essence,and deficient spleen and stomach,which leads to deficient spleen failing to ascend,and gallbladder qi failing to move,resulting shao yang Qi stagnation in the head,which could become Yin fire. Therefore,dizziness would appear. The paper also holds that the senile primary hypertension can be treated from Yin fire theory,which can be treated with sweet tonifying,spicy dispersing and bitter purging methods of LI Dongyuan in accordance with the causes and characteristics of Yin fire.
