摘要
目的 :运用中医传承辅助系统软件,挖掘和分析中医药治疗小儿细菌性痢疾方剂的组方规律。方法 :收集清华同方、维普、万方数据库中治疗小儿细菌性痢疾的方剂,采用软件集成的改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析小儿细菌性痢疾方剂的组方规律。结果:分析筛选出的30个小儿细菌性痢疾处方,确定处方中药物出现的频次、药物组合出现频次、药物关联规则及其置信度,演化得到核心组合10个、新处方5个。结论:中医传承辅助系统是一个有价值的中医药研究辅助工具,为更好地指导临床治疗小儿细菌性痢疾提供了方法学支持。
Objective:Using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system to analyze the composing principles of herbs in prescriptions for treating bacillary dysentery of children.Method:The prescriptions for treating bacillary dysentery of children in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),VIP,Wanfang database were collected,and the composing principles were analyzed using revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering in the TCM inheritance system.Result: Based on the analysis for 30 prescriptions on bacillary dysentery of children,the frequency of herb appearance and herb combination,the correlation rule of herbs and confidence coefficient were determined,8 core combinations and 5 new formulas were obtained. Conclusion:TCM inheritance system is a helpful tool for the TCM research,and provides a methodology support to better guide the clinical treatment of bacillary dysentery of children.
