鼻窦炎汤配合鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Non Invasive Fungal Rhinosinusitis Treated with Bidouyan Decoction Combined with Nasal Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的 ：观察鼻窦炎汤配合鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 ：回顾性分析2013年12月~2014年12月收治的59例非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为对照组29例和观察组30例,对照组单纯给予鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜手术联合鼻窦炎汤治疗,疗程3个月。结果：观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为86.2%,观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组的主观症状均得到明显改善,与本组治疗前比较均P〈0.05,但观察组的改善程度与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：鼻窦炎汤配合鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎可以获得良好的效果。

Objective：To observe the effect of non invasive funga! rhinosinusitis treated with Bidouyan decoction combined with nasal endoscopic sinus surgery. Method：A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 59 patients with non invasive fungal rhinosinusitis from December 2013 to December 2014. All the eases were divided into a control group（29 cases） and an observation group（30 cases） with the random number table method. The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,while the observation group was given nasal endoscopic treatment combined with Bidouyan decoction. The treatment course lasted for 3 months. Results：The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group were 93.3% and 86.2% respectively. The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the subjective symptoms of the two groups were sig nificanfly relived compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conelusion：Bidouyan decoction combined with nasal endoscopic surgery treating non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis was of good effect.
