摘要
目的:建立测定桂红胶囊中银杏叶总黄酮醇苷含量的方法。方法:用HPLC方法测定桂红胶囊中银杏叶总黄酮醇苷含量。以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为370 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果:槲皮素在0.066~1.054μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),山柰素在0.068~1.628μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),异鼠李素在0.017~0.266μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5);平均加样回收率:槲皮素为99.60%(RSD=2.53%,n=6),山柰素为99.00%(RSD=2.77%,n=6),异鼠李素为99.68%(RSD=2.61%,n=6)。结论:该法操作简便,灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于桂红胶囊中银杏叶总黄酮醇苷的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of total flavones glycosides of ginkgo bfloba in Guihong capsule. Method:High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to determine flavonoids glycosides. The mobile phase was methanol-phosphate acid (0.4%) (50 : 50), and the detective wavelength was 370 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,Results :the linear ranges of quercetin,kaempferide and isorhamnetin were 0.066- 0.527 μg, 0.068 N 0.814 μg (r=0.9999, n=5 ) and 0.017 - 0.133 μg, respectively. The average recoveries of these three compounds were 99.60%(RSD=2.53%,n=6),99.00%(RSD=2.77%,n=6) and 99.68%(RSD=2.61% ,n=6),respectively. Conclusion:This method was simple,sensitive,repeatable,and could be used for the content determination of total flavonoids glycosides in the ginkgo biloba extract.
