龙氏治脊疗法治疗骨盆旋移综合征临床观察

Clinical Research on Long's Spine Care Treatments in Treating Pelvic Spin Move Syndrome

目的:通过龙氏治脊疗法与电针治疗的临床观察,对比两者治疗骨盆旋移综合征的疗效,为提高临床疗效寻求适宜疗法。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组采用龙氏治脊疗法行正骨推拿治疗,对照组采用常规电针治疗,均于治疗8次后进行临床疗效观察。结果:两组治疗后的综合疗效评分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05);比较两组治疗后临床疗效,总有效率分别为93.33%和80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏治脊疗法治疗骨盆旋移综合征的疗效优于电针治疗。

Objective To observe Long＇s spine care treatments compared with electric acupuncture in treating Pelvic spin move syndrome,to fi nd the appropriate treatment in order to improve clinical effect.Methods 60 cases of patients according to the diagnostic standards were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group with 30 cases received Long＇s spine care treatments while the control group with 30 cases were treated with electric acupuncture,both of which were observed the clinical effect after 8 treatments.Results In both groups,the comprehensive effi cacy score decreased signifi cantly after treatments than before（P〈0.05）,which pointed out that both had clinical effect.Compared the clinical effi cacy after treatments,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.33% while the control group was 80.00 %,which prompted that the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Long＇s spine care treatments was superior to electric acupuncture in treating Pelvic spin move syndrome,which is worthy of promotion.
