鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Treating of Fungal Sinusitis

目的:探究在真菌性鼻窦炎的临床治疗中鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2012年7月至2015年6月在本院治疗的真菌性鼻窦炎患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将患者分为对照组和观察组各60例,其中对照组患者进行常规的药物缓解治疗,观察组患者则结合鼻窦内窥镜进行手术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组患者的临床总有效率为56.7%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗中应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery on fungal sinusitis.Methods 120 cases of fungal sinusitis patients in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2015 were chosen as the research object,which were divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases respectively,and the control group patients with conventional drugs relieve treatment,observation group patients in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery.Results The total effective rate for observation group was 95.0 %,for control group was 56.7 %,the observation group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application in the clinical treatment of patients with fungal sinusitis endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical treatment effect and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
