中药外敷治疗膝踝关节创伤性滑膜炎临床观察

Traumatic synovitis knee,ankle joint application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to treat clinical study

目的:探究膝、踝关节创伤性滑膜炎应用中药外敷治疗的临床疗效。方法:以本院2013年7月-2014年8月接诊的100例膝、踝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则在此基础上应用中药外敷进行治疗。结果:两组患者治疗总显效率以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上对膝、踝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者应用中药外敷进行治疗临床疗效满意。

Objective To explore the traumatic synovitis knee,ankle joint application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment clinical curative effect of treatment.Methods 100 patients with traumatic synovitis knee,ankle in our college between July 2013 and August 2014 were chosen as the research object,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated on the basis of the application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.Results the comparison and analysis the overall effi ciency and VAS score results,the results showed signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）,there is statistical signifi cance.ConclusionOn the basis of conventional western medicine treatment of patients with traumatic synovitis of knee,ankle joint application of Chinese medicine external treatment clinical curative effect is satisfi ed,which is worth promoting.
