2型糖尿病住院患者胰岛素泵的合理应用

The Reasonable Application of Insulin Pump on Hospitalized Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探究在2型糖尿病住院患者的治疗中胰岛素泵的临床应用情况。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年12月在本院治疗的2型糖尿病患者350例作为研究对象,对患者进行短期胰岛素泵的使用,总结分析患者的胰岛素泵使用情况,同时结合患者的应用情况对胰岛素泵的使用效果进行探究。结果:所有患者在使用胰岛素泵后其血糖都得到有效控制,患者在应用胰岛素泵10 d后,患者的空腹血糖和餐后血糖分别为5.6 mmol/L、8.3 mmol/L,所有患者均未出现低血糖症状,无皮肤感染以及泵管堵塞等情况发生。结论:在2型糖尿病住院患者的临床治疗中应用胰岛素泵能够显著控制患者的血糖情况,同时无低血糖、皮肤感染以及导管堵塞等情况发生。

Objective To apply insulin pump on the treatment of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 350 patients with type 2 diabetes between January 2012 and December 2012 in our hospital were chosen as the research object.ResultsThe blood sugar of all patients in the use of insulin pump was under control,10 days of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were 5.6 and 8.3 mmol/L.And all patients did not show hypoglycemia symptoms,skin infections and pump pipe blockage.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes patients with insulin pump can significantly control the blood sugar,at the same time without hypoglycemia,skin infections and catheter jam happens,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
