老年慢性支气管哮喘患者临床护理路径效果观察

Effect Observation of Clinical Nursing Path for Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchial Asthma

目的:探究老年慢性支气管哮喘患者运用临床护理路径的效果。方法:以本院2013年7月-2014年7月接诊的200例患者作为研究对象,依据数字表法将上述患者随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采取临床常规护理,观察组应用临床护理路径实施护理服务。结果:两组住院时间、生活质量评分以及护理满意率3项指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用临床护理路径对老年慢性支气管哮喘患者实施护理服务可有效缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma using the effect of clinical nursing path.Methods 200 patients in our college between July 2013 and July 2014 were accepts as the research object,on the basis of digital meter method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group,100 cases in each.ResultsThe contrast analysis of two groups of the length of time,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction index,the results showed signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）,there was statistical signifi cance.Conclusion The clinical nursing path for elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma nursing service can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve the patient＇s quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
