腔镜甲状腺手术的精细化操作 被引量:15

摘要 随着医疗技术水平及生活水平的提高,甲状腺疾病的疾病谱及患者的治疗需求也在不断变化:从以往的巨大甲状腺肿及晚期肿瘤,到现在以微小乳头状癌为主的患者人群,从以往的治病救命为主的诊治诉求,到现在越来越高的功能、美容要求。这必然促进了医学领域、甲状腺外科领域治疗观念及技术手段的变化与发展。腔镜甲状腺手术作为这个时代变迁的产物,由于其完美的美容效果被很多患者接受与喜爱,并越来越被甲状腺外科医生重视。
