疝囊横断法在腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术中的应用体会 被引量：1

摘要 自1992年Dulucq[1]开展首例腹腔镜下不直接进入腹腔的腹股沟疝修补术以来,腹腔镜全腹膜外的手术方式经历了20余年的发展。随着耻骨肌孔（myopectineal orifice,MPO）概念的提出[2]、现代疝修补材料及腹腔镜设备的进步,腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术（totally extraperitoneal,TEP）已得到广泛开展。由于TEP不进入腹腔,并发症少,术后康复快,复发率低,
