主要综述了目前广泛应用的农药残留检测技术酶抑制检测法、酶联免疫检测法、活体生物测定法、生物传感器法等快速测定方法的原理、优缺点。

The detection techniques of the pesticide residues currently widely used are the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, enzyme inhibition assay, in vivo bioassay and biological sensors. The paper introduces the principles, advantages and weaknesses and progress of those rapid determination methods.
