扶他林对类风湿性关节炎患者血清VEGF及TNF-α水平的影响及其临床疗效

Effects of Voltaren on the Changes of VEGF and TNF-α in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and its Clinical Curative Effect

目的:探究扶他林对类风湿性关节炎患者VEGF,TNF-α及临床疗效的影响。方法:收集于我院就诊的类风湿性关节炎86例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,其中治疗组44例服用扶他林肠溶片治疗,对照组42例服用布洛芬片治疗。观察并比较两组患者血清VEGF及TNF-α水平的变化情况、关节功能评分、血沉情况以及临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者的临床总有效率较高,晨僵时间、关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数、关节功能分级、血沉比以及血清VEGF及TNF-α水平较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶他林对类风湿性关节炎的临床治疗效果显著,能够降低患者血清VEGF及TNF-α水平,改善炎症反应,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of voltaren on the changes of VEGF and TNF-α in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its clinical curative effect. Methods： 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group. 44 cases in the experiment group were treated with voltaren, while another 42 cases in the control group were treated with Nuprin Tablets. Then the changes of VEGF and TNF-α, the joint function score, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the clinical curative effect in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results： Compared with the control group, the total clinical efficiency were higher, the The time of morning stiffness, joint pain, joint swelling, joint function classification and ESR, and the levels of VEGF and TNF-α were lower, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Voltaren has remarkable clinical effects on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, which can reduce the levels of serum VEGF and TNF-α, and improve the inflammatory reaction, and it is worthy of clinical application.
