不同厂家香砂养胃丸的质量评价

Evaluation on Quality of Xiangsha Yangwei Pills from Various Manufacturers

目的：评价目前市场上不同厂家香砂养胃丸的质量。方法：按照《中国药典》2010年版质量标准,采用薄层色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对香砂养胃丸进行检验分析。结果：9个厂家产品均符合相关质量标准,但是不同厂家香砂养胃丸含量测定结果差异显著,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚总量在0.30~3.7 mg/g之间,橙皮苷含量在2.0~3.4 mg/g之间。结论：目前香砂养胃丸的生产工艺和质量标准有待进一步完善。

Objective ： To evaluate the quality of xiangsha yangwei pills from various manufacturers. Methods ：Xiangsha yangwei Pills were tested according to the quality standard in Chinese Pharmacopoein（2010 edition） by the methods such as TLC and HPLC. Results：All the products from nine manufacturers met the relevant quality standard. However, the contents in xiangsha yangwei pills from various manufacturers showed significant difference. The total contents of magnolol and honokiol were 0.30 ~ 43.7 mg/g, while the hesperidin contents were 2.0 ~ 3.4mg/g. Conclusion ： The current production processes and quality standard for xiangsha yangwei pills need to be further improved.
