摘要
1例右膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者予静脉滴注丹参注射液,治疗第4天出现窦性心动过缓,经停药并对症治疗后患者痊愈出院。丹参注射液致窦性心动过缓临床少见,但应引起重视。
Sinus bradycardia appeared in a patient with traumatic synovitis in right knee on day 4 after intravenous drip with danshen injection. The patient was recovered and discharged after withdrawal of the drug and symptomatic treatment. Although the sinus bradycardia induced by danshen injection rarely appears in clinic, it should be taken into consideration seriously.
