移动式架车机同步控制仿真研究

摘要 针对移动式架车机在作业时电机间的同步控制问题,提出了改良后的同步控制策略,并通过搭建仿真模型还原架车机系统的同步控制过程,经过数据分析找到影响同步精度的关键参数,得出结合PID控制与模糊控制优点的控制方式。结果表明,模糊PID控制可有效解决PID控制对非线性系统控制效果不佳和模糊控制精度不高的问题,系统具有较好的自适应能力和鲁棒性。 Aiming at the synchronous control problem of the moblie car lifting jack during the operation of the machine,proposing the improved synchronization control strategy,and restoring the synchronous control process of the moblie car lifting jack system by the simulation model.Finding the key parameters which affected the accuracy of synchronization by data analysis.The control mode combining PID control with fuzzy control is obtained.The results show that the fuzzy-PID control can solve the problem of PID control is not good for the nonlinear system effectively and effect and the fuzzy control is not well on the view of accuracy.The system has good adaptive ability and robustness.
