摘要
根据电子产品大型机柜的振动试验要求,结合大型夹具设计的关键问题,设计了大型机柜的振动夹具,并对夹具进行了仿真计算、优化设计,提出了机柜振动试验控制方法。大型机柜振动试验表明,大型机柜振动夹具材料选用得当、结构设计合理、试验控制方法有效。该振动夹具已成功应用于多种产品的机柜振动试验。
Based on the vibration test requirement of large electronics cabinet,considering the key design factors of large clamp,this paper designs the vibration clamp of large electronics cabinet. Simulation and optimization for the clamp are carried out. Vibration test control method for the cabinet is proposed. The large cabinet vibration test shows that the material selection is proper,the structure design is reasonable and the control method is effective. The clamp has been used in many cabinet vibration tests successfully.
