摘要
文中针对某雷达转台液压锁定销锁紧油路的单边锁紧失效现象,通过对失效原因的分析,建立了失效故障树,并采用测试技术排除了故障树中关键元件——液压锁的故障;重点采用液压仿真的方法对其故障机理进行了综合分析,并结合试验对故障仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,由周期性变化的环境温度引起的油温改变(油温效应)是导致其单边锁紧失效的主要原因。该研究可为后续类似系统的优化设计提供有价值的参考。
Aiming at single locking ineffectiveness of the hydraulic locking oil loop on locking pin of the radar rotatory table,the ineffectiveness fault tree is built by analyzing the ineffectiveness cause and the fault of pilot operated check valve( the key component in the fault tree) is eliminated by test technology. The fault principle is analyzed by hydraulic simulation and the simulation result of the fault is validated by test. The result shows that single locking ineffectiveness is mainly caused by the oil temperature change,namely the oil temperature effect,which results from cyclical change of the environment temperature. This can provide valuable reference for optimization design of other similar products.
