某大型复杂天线座壳体成形工艺技术

Forming Technology of a Large Complex Antenna Pedestal Shell

摘要 应用等离子旋转电极法制备钛合金TC11预合金粉并观测了粉末的形貌与粒度,采用粉末冶金热等静压工艺技术近净成形了某天线座壳体的缩比试样并经双重退火热处理。经取样检测未发现内部缺陷,微观金相组织均匀细致,形成了网格组织且有围绕其分布的等轴α相,呈现出高强度与高韧性的特征,综合力学性能略优于锻件。研究结果表明,粉末冶金热等静压工艺制备的TC11构件力学性能优异、性价比高,特别适用于异形、复杂、薄壁、高承载天线座壳体类构件高质量的整体近净成形。 Prealloyed powder of titanium alloy TC11 is produced by the plasma rotating electrode process( PREP). The morphologies and particle size of PREP powders are observed and tested. The scale reduced sample of an antenna pedestal shell is prepared by hot isostatic pressing( HIP) powder metallurgy( PM) nearnet-shape process and is double annealed. No inner defects are detected from the sample. The microstructures of the PM TC11 alloy are fine and uniform. The basketweave structures surrounded by equiaxed α phase are formed,which correspond to high strength and high toughness. The comprehensive mechanical performance of the PM TC11 alloy is slightly better than that of the forged rod. Study results show that the TC11 structureparts produced by HIP PM process have high mechanical performance and high performance-to-cost ratio,especially suitable for the high-quality integral near-net-shaping of complex,thin wall,special-shaped and high load structure-parts like antenna pedestal shells.
