突发公共事件病区批量患者搬迁的流程管理与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的为病区更好地应对突发公共事件,对病区内患者实施流程管理进行批量安全搬迁,预防和控制护理不良事件的发生,提高患者满意度。方法 2013年1月—2015年9月,对6个病区共147名患者进行紧急搬迁,2014年6月起自行设计医院批量患者搬迁流程细则,应用于病区搬迁患者转运。其中,以2014年1月,感染科为收治突发腺病毒患者紧急转移病区内45名患者为对照组;2015年8月,感染科为收治群体突发食物中毒患者紧急转移病区内45名患者为观察组。搬迁完成后,以床为单位向患者或家属发放满意度调查表共90份,收回有效调查表90份,并进行转运满意度、护理不良事件及时间效率分析。结果实施流程管理搬迁的45名观察组患者进行科学、高效、安全、有序的转运,未发生护理不良事件,无物品丢失,顺利完成转运工作。结论为应对突发公共事件救治的顺利开展,对原病区内的批量患者实施流程管理转运能增强人员思想认识、规范搬迁流程细节、提高批量患者转运效率和安全性,提升患者满意度。 Objective To ward's better cope with the sudden public events,the implementation of process management in the ward patients with bulk safe relocation,prevent and control the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improve patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 147 patients in six ward with emergency move during January 2013-September 2015. From June 2014 hospital design the patients with batch relocation process conditions,applied to patients with ward relocation transshipment. To use the infection department emergency transferring wards of 45 patients for the patients of emergent food poisoning in January 2014 as control group; To use the infection department emergency transferring wards of 45 patients for emergency food poisoning patients In August2015 as observe group. After the completion of transferring,release the patient or family satisfaction questionnaire90 in bed,90 valid questionnaires taken back,and made transferring of satisfaction,nursing adverse events and time efficiency analysis. Results To implement process management on transferring 45 observation group of patients in scientific,efficient,safe and orderly transport,not nursing adverse events occur,no loss,accomplish the project of transferring. Conclusion To cope with public emergency treatment smoothly,the original batch of wards to implement process management in patients with transferring can enhance ideological understanding,standardize the relocation process details,improve patients with batch transferring efficiency and safety,improve patient satisfaction.
