Issues and Solutions of Building a Pediatrician Pool in Shanghai

目的缓解儿科人才队伍不足,提出解决现有问题的方法。方法以系统理论思想为指导,运用文献研究、实证的研究方法。结果目前政策环境中存在儿童专科医院补偿水平不足,儿科人才来源缺乏,儿科医疗收费水平不能体现儿科医务人员工作价值和儿童医保保障水平低等问题。结论解决儿科人才建设问题需多层次多角度予以政策扶持,首先制定专门人才规划,其次解决儿科系招生问题,再次解决儿科医务人员待遇问题。

Objective This article addresses the issue of the short of pediatricians,and proposes solutions in this respect. Methods Under the guidance of the systematic theories,this article is based on literature research and empirical study. Results Currently,there are various issues existing in Pediatric Hospitals,including the short of the pediatrician resources,the low medical fee that undervalues the contribution of medical staffs,and the insufficient coverage of children＇s medical social insurance. Conclusion The current issues require multi-dimensional policy solutions,including specific planning in training pediatricians,solving the problem of college recruitment,and the improvement of medical staff salaries.
