Practice and Experience of Teaching for Refresher Doctors in Minimally Invasive Ablation of Liver Cancer

本文介绍东方肝胆外科医院微创一科在肝癌微创消融专业进修生教学方面的实践与体会;主要包括:把握专业特点,针对不同专科背景,制定个体化进修方案;改良传统的病区教学,结合门诊丰富培养方案;优化实践带教,锻炼动手操作能力;加强科内学术交流,逐步培养科研能力;注重医德培养,加强良好的医风建设。实践应用证明上述带教模式对提高肝癌微创消融专业进修医师的理论和技术水平提高具有重要意义。

This article described the practice and experience of the teaching for the refresher doctors in the minimally invasive ablation of liver cancer in the department of minimally invasive therapy of Eastern Hepatobiliary surgery Hospital affiliatedto the Second Military Medical University in recent years. These measures mainly includes： developing individual learning scheme according to different specialty background; combination with outpatients clinic to improve the traditional teaching scheme in ward; optimization of practice teaching,training hands-on ability; strengthening academic exchanges,developing the ability of scientific researchgradually; paying more attention to the cultivation of medical ethics. The practical application proved that the teaching mode of the above teaching mode is of great significance to improve the theory and technology of the refresher doctors of minimally invasive ablation of liver cancer.
