摘要
通过对北京地区某三甲医院收费窗口管理现状进行深入分析,并就优化收费流程、提升信息化手段、加强人员培训、建立科学的考评制度和监督机制等方面提出应对措施。
Based on the in-depth analysis for the current patient charging management of a triple-A hospital in Beijing area,this paper explored how to optimize the charging process,expand the means of information,strengthen personnel training,create scientific evaluation system for charging staff,effectively respond to the complaints of patient in order to raise the level of patient charging service for hospital.
