干预前后中药注射剂溶媒合理性使用调查

Analysis of Rational Usage of Solvent in Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections before and after Prescription-checking Pharmacists' Intervention in PIVAS

目的探讨静脉药物配置中心PIVAS审方药师干预的效果。方法收集PIVAS审方药师干预前后中药注射剂的医嘱,以药物说明书的用法用量为标准,并进行回顾性比较与分析。结果干预前,中药注射剂溶媒选择不适宜362例次,溶媒用量不适宜183例次;干预后,中药注射剂溶媒选择不适宜下降至50例次,溶媒用量不适宜下降至36例次。结论审方药师在规范中药注射剂溶媒的选择中起到积极的作用,有助于提高合理用药水平。

Objective To investigate the rationality of solvent in traditional Chinese medicine injections before and after prescription-checking pharmacists＇ intervention in PIVAS. Methods Collect the irrational medical orders,retrospective survey and analysis of solvent in traditional Chinese medicine injections before and after intervention. Results Traditional chinese medicine injection solvent selection is not suitable for 362 cases and the amount of solvent is not suitable in 183 cases before intervention,traditional chinese medicine injection is not suitable for selection of solvent decreased to 50 cases and the amount of solvent is not suitable to drop to 36 cases after intervention. Conclusions Prescription-checking pharmacists play a positive role in the standardization of solvent choices in traditional Chinese medicine injections,improved the level of rational use of drugs in a certain extent in our hospital.
