人类白细胞抗原-G与移植免疫 被引量:1

摘要 人类白细胞抗原-G(human leucocyte antigen G,HLA-G)属于非经典的主要组织相容性复合物Ⅰ类分子(major histocompatibility complex,MHC-Ⅰ),在妊娠期作为免疫耐受分子表达于胎盘滋养层细胞,促进母胎免疫耐受。近年来研究表明HLA-G在移植免疫中发挥重要作用,HLA-G通过多种途径参与免疫调控,诱导移植免疫耐受。笔者就HLA-G抑制移植免疫排斥的机制、功能及临床意义做一综述。HLA-G位于人体第6号染色体MHC I类基因6p21.3,由8个外显子、7个内含子组成。
