摘要
目的:调查福州市养老机构老年人综合健康功能现状并分析其影响因素。方法:应用老年人综合健康功能评估表(OARS量表)对福州市16家养老机构268名老年人进行综合健康功能评估,并采用Multinomial Logistic回归分析老年人综合健康功能状况的影响因素。结果:老年人综合健康优良者占35.4%,一般者占47.4%,较差者占17.2%。影响养老机构老年人综合健康功能状况的因素主要有文化程度、月收入、每年体检次数、患病个数。结论:养老机构老年人的综合健康状况一般者居多,老年人的文化程度、月收入、每年体检次数、患病个数对其综合健康状况有影响。
Objective： To investigate the comprehensive functional assessment and its influencing factors among aged people of nursing homes in Fuzhou. Method： Totally 268 aged people of 16 nursing homes in Fuzhou were investigated about their comprehensive functional assessment and its influencing factors by the Older Americans Resoures and Services （OARS） scale and data was analyzed through descriptive method, non-parametric test and ordered logistic regression model by SPSS. Results： Excellent, general, and poor rates of the comprehensive functional assessment among the aged people were 35.4%, 47.4%,and 17.2%, respectively. The influencing factors were educational background, health examination, diseases, and income. Conclusion：The majority of health condition of aged people in nursing homes is general and education background, health examination, diseases, and income are influencing factors.
