摘要
目的:调查北京市某三级甲等医院重症监护病房护士对肠内营养指南相关知识的认知情况。方法:选取北京市某三级甲等医院重症监护病房护士60人,采用自设问卷进行调查,问卷内容包括调查对象一般情况、肠内营养指南相关知识认知调查表。结果:护士肠内营养指南相关知识认知调查表均分为(16.9±2.3)分,占总分(22分)的73.68%,处于中等水平;影响监护病房护士肠内营养指南知识认知的主要因素是受教育程度。结论:护士对肠内营养指南知识认知总体处于中等水平,主要应在胃残余量的判断、鼻饲的无菌原则及新技术等方面加强培训。
Objective: To investigate the knowledge of enteral nutrition guidelines among intensive care nurses in a three-level grade A hospital in Beijing. Method: Totally 60 ICU nurses were selected in one three-level grade A hospital using a self-developed questionnaire, which includes the patients' general condition and an enteral nutrition guidelines related knowledge questionnaire. Results: The average score of enteral nutrition guidelines related knowledge questionnaire was 16.9±2.3, accounting for 73.68% of the total score (22 points), which is in the middle level; the main influence factor of ICU nurses' knowledge was the level of education. Conclusions: The nurses' knowledge of enteral nutrition guidelines were in the middle level, the areas of residual gastric volume assessing, aseptic principles of nasal feeding and new technology should be strengthened.
