摘要
目的:分析2014年陕西省护理人力资源配置的现状及公平性情况。方法:运用描述性统计分析方法以及卫生经济学中的洛伦兹曲线与基尼系数,对陕西省护理人力资源配置进行分析。结果:护理人力资源按人口配置相当平均,基尼系数为0.105;护理人力资源总量不足,内部结构欠合理。结论:应进一步优化陕西省护理人力资源配置,提高基层护理人力资源的配置水平,调整护理人力资源的学历与职称结构,大力培养高级护理人才队伍。
Objective: To analyze the current status and equity of nursing human resources allocation in Shaanxi province in 2014. Methods: The nursing human resources allocation was analyzed in terms of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient in health economics using descriptive statistical analysis method. Results: Nursing human resources are fairly distributed based on population allocation and the Gini coefficient is 0.105 with the reality of the nursing shortage and irrational internal structure. Conclusion: We should further optimize the resource allocation, increase the level of nursing staff resources allocation in rural areas, adjust the structures of academic background and professional titles and cultivate the advanced nursing professionals team.
