浙江省县级站环境监测质量飞行考核刍议 被引量:1

摘要 为了确保浙江省县级站监测数据的准确性,浙江省环境监测中心从2006年开始,每年3至4月份对全省三分之一到四分之一的县级站进行质量飞行考核。这一考核模式有别于过去分散的、单一盲样的考核方式,是在省级范围内对基层监测站质量管理模式的创新举措。本文通过对2006-2015十年间县级站质量飞行考核结果的分析,改进今后考核模式调整的思路,使飞行考核能真正地促进基层监测站实验室分析水平、质量管理水平的提升。 Through the analysis of result of quality flight- monitoring of the Third Grade Station during 2006- 2015,raises the view on adjustment of assess mode due to the distribution of defective item.
