摘要
高校艺术设计教育脱胎于美术学教育,往往存在着重技法轻思维、重结果轻过程、重表现轻研究、重模仿轻创新、重才能轻伦理等等问题。设计责任的承担者是设计师,为良善人生而设计的伦理观念是艺术设计的更高层次。艺术设计教育的核心是学生创造力的培养。如果说创新性是艺术设计人才培养"才"的方面,那么伦理素质的培养则是艺术设计人才培养"德"的方面。教师引导学生在设计研究过程中既注重问题的提出也注重研究方法,对学生既注重技能训练也注重思维创新。教师始终树立德才兼备艺术人才培养目标并贯穿于整个教学过程,这也是艺术设计教育的更高层次。
