基于模糊层次分析法的综合舰桥系统效能评估方法

Performance evaluation of integrated bridge system based on the fuzzy analytic hierachy process

为了方便对现有综合舰桥系统进行后续的改进优化,通过对综合舰桥系统效能评估的影响因素的分析,建立综合舰桥系统评估的指标体系,包括环境感知能力、航行管理能力、操纵控制能力和系统可用性等因素。在常用的层次分析法的基础上,运用模糊化的判断矩阵进行权重的计算,提出一种综合舰桥系统模糊层次分析评估方法。最后通过收集和整理由问卷调查得到的专家评分数据,得出综合舰桥系统的效能评估结果,验证了本文提出的方法具有良好的适用性。

In order to improve the integrated bridge system（IBS）, this paper establishes an IBS evaluation indexsystem, including environmental awareness, navigation management ability, control ability and system availabilitythrough analyzing the influence factors of the IBS performance evaluation analysis. On the basis of common analytichierachy process（AHP）, this paper uses fuzzy justice matrix to calculate the weights and an IBS fuzzy analytic hierachy process（FAHP） is proposed. Finally, based on the data of expert scores got by questionnaire, the results ofIBS performance evaluation verify that the proposed method has good applicability.
