摘要
对京津冀协同发展这一战略目标而言,河北省增长极的选择与培育问题都具有重要的现实意义。虽然河北省在这方面具备一些有利条件,但也存在诸如增长极作用不突出等问题。为此,应明确河北省增长极培养的战略目标,增加科技创新力度,注重优秀人才培养。
The growth pole selection and cultivation problems in Hebei province have great significance in view of the goal of coordinated developmentof the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Although Hebei province holds some advantages in this aspect,the problems exist as well, such as the role of growth pole is not prominent.Therefore, poles selection criteria should be clearly set, combining with the scientific and technological innovation increase and paying more attention to the cultivation of talents.
