摘要 利用HYSYS软件对煤矿瓦斯液化工艺进行模拟计算,分析瓦斯浓度变化对煤矿瓦斯液化工艺的经济性及安全性的影响,结果表明:瓦斯浓度变化对煤矿瓦斯液化工艺总能耗有较大影响;瓦斯浓度增高,有利于提高煤矿瓦斯液化工艺的经济性,但瓦斯浓度高于设计值会带来安全问题;在煤矿瓦斯液化装置运行时,应使制冷系统提供的冷量具有一定余量,以确保液化工艺的安全与稳定。 In this paper,simulation calculation was carried out on the coal mine gas liquefaction process with HYSYS software,and analysis was made on the influence of gas concentration upon the economic benefit and safety of the coal mine gas liquefaction process. The results showed that the change of gas concentration had a greater impact on the total energy compression of the coal mine gas liquefaction process; the increase of gas concentration was beneficial to improve the economic benefit of the coal mine gas liquefaction process,however,when the gas concentration was higher than the design value,it would bring safety problems,in the operation of the gas liquefaction devices,the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system should have a certain margin so as to ensure the safety and stability of the liquefaction process.
